Abandoned Products Policy

Once the resolution of the SPV is communicated to the customer, the customer has 60 days to collect the product(s) contained in the SPV receipt, whatever the resolution of the SPV in question. At the end of this period, Brodheim reserves the right to destroy or otherwise dispose of the goods in accordance with article 1318 of the Civil Code.
